Organogram & Postholder Planner
A certificate is issued to an organisation, not to a business plan. The Authority accepts named individuals into named posts — and a vacancy, an unaccepted nominee or an uncovered postholder stops certification regardless of how good the paperwork is.
Step 1
Which organisation are you staffing?
Step 2
Postholders the Authority must accept
Name the holder and their deputy. An unnamed post is a certification blocker; a named post with no deputy is a continuity risk the Authority and your lender will both ask about.
Step 3
Departmental scaffold
The supporting organisation beneath the accepted posts. Adjust headcount per department to match your operating model.
Step 4
Headcount ramp
| Stage | Headcount | Growth | Notes |
|---|
Sector ramps are indicative planning figures for a small-to-mid greenfield entrant. Your own department totals above override the launch figure once they exceed it.
Assumptions and limits
Postholder sets follow the posts an authority ordinarily requires for each organisation type under ICAO-derived frameworks; deputy and key-manager-absence expectations follow established European and ICAO guidance widely applied across African authorities. Names entered here stay in this browser and are never transmitted.
A planning aid, not regulatory advice. The definitive list of required posts, their acceptance criteria and any deputisation requirement is set by the applicable regulations and the Authority's advisory circulars for your specific application. Confirm before you nominate.
The people are the certificate.
JK & Associates writes the job descriptions, builds the acceptance submissions, prepares postholders for their regulator interviews, and structures the deputy cover that keeps a certificate alive when a key person leaves.
