Kenya Aviation Regulatory Index
Every requirement in the JK toolkit carries a citation. This is the index behind them: the instrument, its Legal Notice number, where to read it, which sectors it binds — and, for each one, whether we could confirm it against the public gazette record or not.
The index
Instruments, circulars and standards
Filter by sector to see only what binds the certificate you are pursuing. Statutes and regulations first, then the advisory circulars and ICAO material that carry the working detail.

Where we are not certain
The unconfirmed instruments
A compliance tool that quietly asserts a wrong Legal Notice number is more dangerous than one that shows its working. These could not be confirmed from public record at the verification date, so the toolkit marks them everywhere they appear — and so do we here.

What binds each sector

Where this was checked
This index is a planning aid, not legal or regulatory advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. Regulations are amended, revoked and replaced. Verify every citation against the current gazetted instrument and the Authority's advisory circulars before you rely on it or submit anything.
Knowing the instrument is not the same as satisfying it.
JK & Associates builds the compliance matrix, writes the manuals against it, and carries the regulator relationship from pre-application to certificate.
