Entry diagnostic · Phases 1–2

Fourteen days to a quantified baseline: where the money is going, sized in currency rather than adjectives. Stands alone, and is credited in full against the sprint if you go on.
Full sprint · Phases 1–5
USD 45,000 – 85,000
Ninety days from diagnosis to verified results, by fleet size and scope. Scoped precisely after the entry diagnostic — not a generic day-rate.
Fee structure
50 / 25 / 25
50% on contract signature, 25% on board presentation (end of Phase 4), 25% on the Day-90 results report. The entry diagnostic is 50 / 50 on signature and report.
Engagement guarantee
3× Year-1 ROI
If a JK engagement does not identify a minimum 3× return on investment in Year 1, we extend sprint support at no additional charge. Applies to carriers with 3+ aircraft operating scheduled or contract services upon completion of Phase 2 data verification.
