The five phases

Fee structure
50% on contract signature, 25% on board presentation (end of Phase 4), 25% on the Day-90 results report.
Engagement guarantee
If a JK engagement does not identify a minimum 3× return on investment in Year 1, we extend sprint support at no additional charge. Applies to carriers with 3+ aircraft operating scheduled or contract services upon completion of Phase 2 data verification.
