Plan Consistency Check
A plan that contradicts itself cannot be approved, and a Board will find the contradiction in the meeting rather than before it. Enter what the plan says — the launch date on one page, the launch date on another, the fleet count, the headcount chart and its headline — and this finds the same fact stated two ways and the totals that do not add up. In a recent 37-page board deck it found thirteen in an afternoon.
Step 1
What does the plan say?
One row per statement. Give each fact the same topic wherever it appears — "Launch date", "Fleet size", "FY2027 headcount" — with the value as written and where it is stated. Numbers, dates and words are all compared; two rows on one topic that disagree are a finding.
Step 2
Do the totals add up?
List the parts of a total, separated by commas, and the total the plan states. Revenue lines against the revenue headline; a headcount chart against its ceiling; phased spend against the budget.
Consistency
Enter what the plan says.
Findings
This catches what a plan says against itself. A JK review adds what it says against the regulator's own timetable, the capital it asks for and the people it needs — the findings that change the decision.

A consistency check, not a review of the plan's merits: a plan can agree with itself and still be wrong. Topics are matched on the words you type, so use the same words for the same fact. Everything you enter stays in this browser.
